The
assistant's task is to facilitate tourist spending your holiday.
It involves performing the following tasks:
welcome and orientation;
solve immediate problems;
provide information and clarification on the organization of
entertainment programs;
provide route information and places to visit;
perform smaller tasks of general assistance;
in particular, organizes and accompanies them in half or full day
trips, informing tourists through meetings welcome on everything
related to the structure and environment that surrounds them.
Other activities include the management of relations with all staff, in
order to satisfy the most diverse customer requirements.
